Formulated for chronic pain nutrition
The nutrients chronic pain quietly depletes, replaced with clinical precision.
Persistent pain — and some of the therapies used to manage it — place unusual demands on the body’s stores of B-vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Panel 016 is a 16-ingredient formula built to close those specific gaps.

Why this formula exists
Chronic pain changes how the body uses nutrients.
Reduced mobility, appetite changes, GI side effects, and long-term medication use can all shift nutrient needs. None of this is a diagnosis of you personally — it’s the pattern the formula is built to address.
01
Intake often drops
Pain, fatigue, and reduced activity can lower appetite and narrow diet variety over time, affecting intake of B-vitamins and minerals.
02
Absorption can be affected
GI side effects associated with some pain therapies, including opioid therapy, can influence how efficiently certain nutrients are absorbed.
03
Oxidative demand rises
Sustained pain states are associated with higher cellular oxidative load, which is one reason antioxidant nutrients are included at meaningful levels.

Important context
This is nutritional support — not a pain treatment, and not an opioid substitute.
Panel 016 is designed to help fill common nutritional gaps. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for prescribed pain management, opioid therapy, or any medication. Never change a medication or dosing schedule without talking to your prescribing clinician.
Talk to your doctor first
Especially if you're on opioid therapy, anticoagulants, thyroid medication, or manage a chronic condition — several ingredients here (e.g. Vitamin K2, turmeric extract, zinc) can interact with common medications.
Never adjust pain medication on your own
If your pain or your medication needs change, that conversation belongs with your prescriber — not with a supplement label.
Not for diagnosis
Only bloodwork ordered by a clinician can confirm an actual deficiency. This formula addresses common patterns, not your individual labs.
Pregnancy, nursing, or minors
Consult a physician before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Frequently asked
Questions we get a lot
Can I take this if I'm on opioid therapy?
Panel 016 is a nutritional supplement, not a medication, and it is not intended to treat opioid dependence or withdrawal. Many people on opioid therapy take it alongside their prescribed care, but you should always check with your prescribing doctor or pharmacist first, since some ingredients (like Vitamin K2) can interact with certain medications.
Will this replace my pain medication?
No. This is nutritional support only. Never stop or adjust any prescribed medication, including opioids, without talking to your prescribing clinician.
How is this different from a regular multivitamin?
Panel 016 is dosed around nutrients that research suggests are more commonly depleted in chronic pain populations — like B12, magnesium-supporting cofactors, and antioxidant compounds — rather than generic RDA-level amounts.
Are the doses on the label final?
The amounts shown reflect a starting formulation. As with any supplement brand, final label amounts should be confirmed by a qualified formulator and your manufacturing partner before a batch goes to production.
How long until I notice anything?
Nutrient repletion is gradual. Most nutrition-focused changes are typically evaluated over 4–12 weeks, and results vary by individual — always in coordination with your own bloodwork and physician.
Is this safe with other supplements?
Because this formula includes zinc, copper, and several B-vitamins, check for overlap if you’re already taking a multivitamin, to avoid exceeding upper intake levels. Your pharmacist can help review your full supplement list.
