What Panel 016 is, and who it’s for.
What is Panel 016?
Panel 016 is a physician-developed daily foundational supplement — 17 nutrients in two capsules — built for people managing chronic pain, formulated to support neuromuscular health, cellular energy, immune health, and a healthy inflammatory response.
Who is this formulated for?
People living with chronic pain, whether or not they’re on prescribed pain therapy (including opioid therapy). It’s designed to help address nutrient patterns that show up commonly in this population — not to treat any specific diagnosis.
Is this a medication?
No. Panel 016 is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Who formulated this?

Safety & Medications
Please read this section closely if you’re on any prescription medication, including opioid therapy.
Can I take this if I'm on opioid therapy?
Panel 016 is a nutritional supplement, not a medication, and it is not intended to treat opioid dependence or withdrawal. Many people on opioid therapy take it alongside their prescribed care, but you should always check with your prescribing doctor or pharmacist first, since some ingredients (like Vitamin K2) can interact with certain medications.
Will this replace my pain medication?
No. This is nutritional support only. Never stop or adjust any prescribed medication, including opioids, without talking to your prescribing clinician.
Is this safe with other supplements?
Because this formula includes zinc, copper, and several B-vitamins, check for overlap if you’re already taking a multivitamin, to avoid exceeding upper intake levels. Your pharmacist can help review your full supplement list.
Are there any side effects?
Most ingredients in this formula are well-tolerated at these doses, but any supplement can cause mild GI upset in some people, especially when taken on an empty stomach. Curcumin and alpha-lipoic acid are the most commonly reported culprits if this happens — try taking your capsules with food.
Can I take this while pregnant or nursing?
Talk to your OB or physician before starting any new supplement during pregnancy or while nursing. Some ingredients here (like alpha-lipoic acid and PEA) haven’t been specifically studied in pregnancy.
Does this interact with blood thinners?
Possibly. Vitamin K2 plays a role in blood clotting and can interact with anticoagulants like warfarin. If you take a blood thinner, please talk to your prescribing physician before starting Panel 016.

How is this different from a regular multivitamin?
Panel 016 is dosed around nutrients that research suggests are more commonly affected in chronic pain populations — like B12, D3, and antioxidant and mitochondrial-support compounds — rather than generic RDA-level amounts. Are the doses on the label final?
Yes — the amounts on our Ingredients page reflect Pain Science Solutions’ physician-developed formulation. As with any supplement brand, final label amounts remain subject to standard manufacturer quality and safety confirmation before each production run.
What is the Aypres Flex® blend, exactly?
It’s a proprietary joint-comfort blend specific to this formula. We disclose its total dose (100mg) on the label, but the individual components within the blend are proprietary to our supplier.
How long until I notice anything?
Nutrient repletion is gradual. Most nutrition-focused changes are typically evaluated over 4–12 weeks, and results vary by individual — always in coordination with your own bloodwork and physician.
Is this vegan, gluten-free, or non-GMO?
The capsule itself is a vegetable capsule (hypromellose), and the formula is free of dairy, soy, gluten, and artificial colors. Final sourcing and non-GMO certification are confirmed with our manufacturer before each production run.
Where are the ingredients sourced and manufactured?
Panel 016 is manufactured in a GMP-registered facility, and every batch is third-party tested. Specific supplier and country-of-origin details are available on request.
